All jewellery and gifts are presentation boxed including a history information card explaining the design heritage Should your goods arrive damaged then please let us know upon within 3 calendar
days of receipt (preferably sooner) by telephoning 01592 840853(preferred method);

will then arrange for a replacement- Please keep all the original packaging
materials where possible as these will be needed for inspection should we make
an insurance claim from our carriers; We may collect the goods and would ask
