ORDERING INFORMATION

Cancellation and Returns

Should your goods arrive damaged then please let us know upon within 3 calendar days of receipt (preferably sooner) by telephoning 01592 840853(preferred method); Or email us enquiries@glencall.co.uk; We will then arrange for a replacement- Please keep all the original packaging materials where possible as these will be needed for inspection should we make an insurance claim from our carriers; We may collect the goods and would ask you to pack the box as well as possible for collection;
Should your order be short/ or any items missing, then please let us know within 3 calendar days of receipt as we will not be held responsible for any missing goods should we be contacted beyond this time;
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you receive and you wish to return them then please let us know within 7 working days of receipt by either telephoning us on 01592 840853 or sending an email enquiries@glencall.co.uk We will then ask you to return the item, at your own expense, please make sure you take reasonable care when packing the goods for return so they don't get damaged in transit, and where possible use the original packaging; On cancellation of order we will issue you with a full refund, within 30 days: If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or detoriation we will charge you for the reduction in value; This cancellation does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed;

Carriage and insurance is included for all UK orders;
For Southern Ireland carriage and insurance is pounds sterling 3.00 all other countries carriage and insurance pounds sterling 5.00 on your total order

Currency and Carriage and Delivery

All Prices are in pounds sterling ; For conversion to your own currency see the currency converter which is on each page ; Carriage and Insurance and VAT to UK and Northern Ireland is included--Southern Ireland carriage and insurance is pounds sterling 3.00- All other countries carriage is pounds sterling 5.00

Delivery for the UK, Orders are usually dispatched within a few days apart from some of the Gold jewellery which could take up to 3 weeks;
Other Countries please allow up to 21 days

Please note during busy periods such as Christmas delivery times may be slightly longer, we shall email you if delays are going to be outwith the normal times; Please remember to leave an email address with your order-- If you should require your order for a specific date then we will do our best to meet your requirements, please let us know any special date in the message box of your order form

Or write to us -see contact information- on receipt of your complaint we shall contact you within 5 working days where we shall do our best to resolve any disputes within a reasonable length of time, in the meantime keeping you fully informed of any progress
