Ordering Procedure

TO USE THE SHOPPING CART _ (for other methods of payment see below)

When you enter the shopping page, you will see each putter- with prices; --If you wish to purchase a putter click on the ADD TO ORDER message which is on each page; Clicking on this in no way commits you to buying, but instead reserves the item; You can remove it at the next stage if you change your mind; You can also add as many items as you wish;
If you wish to view your choices at any time, click on View Current order message
The Review Order page shows the chosen items; You can move between this page and the store at any time by clicking on the Continue Shopping message at the top of this page;
When you are finished ordering click the view Current order message and then at the bottom of this page you will see the message Go To Payments, Click on Go to Payments and you will be taken to our secure server where you then enter your details, such as delivery address credit card details etc... all information given on this page is encrypted and fully secure

Delivery Times

Due to the fact that most of these items are hand crafted please allow longer for delivery;
Single Clubs Please allow 7-10 days- if you wish your club/s for a special date then please tell us on your order form ; For sets of clubs please allow 3-4 weeks for manufacture time; If you require engraving please allow an extra 3-4 days; We will contact you by email on receipt of your order with an anticipated delivery date; These times stated are for manufacture and do not include shipping time which for overseas can vary depending upon Country clubs are being sent to;
Receipts

When you place your order you will be emailed an automatic receipt detailing what you have ordered, the price and our contact details, so we ask that you remember to leave a valid email address when placing your order; Please check your receipt carefully and if you have any queries please contact us as soon as possible

Returns or damages;

Should your goods arrive damaged then please let us know upon within 3 calendar days of receipt (preferably sooner) by telephoning 01592 840853(preferred method); Or email us enquiries@glencall.co.uk; We will then arrange for a replacement- Please keep all the original packaging materials where possible as these will be needed for inspection should we make an insurance claim from our carriers; We may collect the goods and would ask you to pack the box as well as possible for collection;
Should your order be short/ or any items missing, then please let us know within 3 calendar days of receipt as we will not be held responsible for any missing goods should we be contacted beyond this time;
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS-- the following returns policy does not apply to clubs which are personalised with engraving, or bespoke items made to your specification:
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you receive and you wish to return them then please let us know within 7 working days of receipt by either telephoning us on 01592 840853 or emailing us on; enquiries@glencall.co.uk We will then ask you to return the item, at your own expense, please make sure you take reasonable care when packing the goods for return so they don't get damaged in transit, and where possible use the original packaging; On cancellation of order we will issue you with a full refund, within 30 days: If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or detoriation we will charge you for the reduction in value; This cancellation does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed;
