Description of painted/hand-decorated and undecorated sets
Hand Decorated means that only certain parts of the chess set are coloured by hand, whilst some areas remain plain, allowing the natural material to be exposed;
Hand Painted means that the chess pieces are completely painted in great detail, leaving none of the base material showing;
The undecorated sets are in the regular brown and cream finish

Delivery;
Sets are normally dispatched within 2-3 days ; However for the Uk please allow 7 working days for delivery: Should a chess set be out of stock and delivery may be longer then we will email you on receipt of your order ;

Please note during busy periods such as Christmas (There can be a delay of orders from November onwards) delivery times may be longer, especially for the hand painted sets, so please allow for this when ordering; If ordering for Christmas then October is not too soon to ensure availability especially for the hand painted sets; In all cases we will do our best to order for special times such as Christmas but we do ask for your patience at this time

Should you not be entirely happy with your chess set or board then please contact us within 14 days of receipt- see contact information - and we will arrange for a refund or replacement within 30 days; Unfortunately, unless the chess set or board is damaged or faulty we cannot return postage
Should the chess set or board be damaged or faulty then we will offer you a replacement or issue you with a full refund including carriage within 30 days
