Delivery times

Most items are individually made to order, normally about 5-7 working days; However at Christmas and Valentine's day we ensure that garments reach you on time for that special occassion- just leave a note in the message box when you order your product and we will ensure it reaches you in time, it this isn't possible we will contact you and give you a full refund;

We also accept cheques in pounds sterling, made out to GlenCall International and sent to the address at the bottom of this page

Returns

Lingerie is quality checked before being sent to you, however should your garments arrive faulty or damaged in any way please inform us upon receipt of goods and we shall arrange for refund or replacement
Regarding return of goods in any other circumstances;
If you wish to return any garments please contact us within 14 days of receipt where we will forward return address; Please return in original packaging where possible; On receipt of garments in good condition we will issue you with a full refund ;
Please note that garments which you have requested to be specially altered, ie made to an extra length or shortened outwith our standard sizes , are non refundable;
The above does not affect your statutory rights;
Please do not sent items back without first contacting us as the return address is different from the office address
