Ordering Infomation
Most items are individually made to order,
normally about 5-7 working days; However at Christmas and Valentine's day
we ensure that garments reach you on time for that special occassion- just
leave a note in the message box when you order your product and we will ensure
it reaches you in time, it this isn't possible we will contact you and give
you a full refund;
When you enter the shopping page, you will see each item- with prices; --If
you wish to purchase make your choices then click on the ADD TO ORDER which
is at the bottom of each page; Clicking on this in no way commits you to
buying, but instead reserves the item; You can remove it at the next stage
if you change your mind; You can also add as many items as you wish;
If you wish to view your choices at any time, click on View Current
order message
The Order page shows the chosen items; You can move between this page and
the shopping page at any time by clicking on the Continue Shopping message
at the top of this page;
If you make a mistake with your order then you can set the quantity(s)
to zero and click on the RECALCUTATE button which is next to the GO TO
PAYMENTS button
When you are finished ordering click the view Current order message
and then at the bottom of this page you will see the message Go To Payments,
Click on Go to Payments and you will be taken to the page to enter
your order details, name and address etc... Once you have entered this
information you will be asked to click on the link which will take you
to our secure encrypted ordering page (you will then see a padlock sign
at the bottom of your browser which indicates you are entering a secure
page) and you will then be asked to enter your credit card details- see
below for payment methods we accept; For extra security we will also ask
you for the three digit security code on the back of your card (the long
number by the signature strip- last three digits only)
At the end of the transaction you should receive an automatic emailed receipt
(This is why it is important to leave a valid email address with your order)
with all your order details indicated ,including order choices, colours
if applicable and order amount
Please check this information very carefully and if you see any mistakes
please contact us as soon as possible; All our contact details will be
at the bottom of the email sent on receipt of your order

We also accept cheques in pounds sterling, made out to GlenCall International
and sent to the address at the bottom of this page

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS--
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you receive or they are the
wrong size and you wish to return them then please let us know within 7 working
days of receipt by either telephoning us on 01592 840853 or sending an email enquiries@glencall.co.uk - we
realise that if you order for Christmas then this may fall outwith the 7 working
days notifiction period but don't worry provided you contact us within a reasonable
time , by January 10th, we will accept return of the item/s
provided we receive them back in good condition--We will then ask you to return
the item/s, at your own expense, please make sure you take reasonable care
when packing the goods for return so they don't get damaged- lost, in transit,
and where possible use the original packaging- ;
On cancellation of order we will issue you with a full refund, within 30 days:
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to
us, and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the
reduction in value;
Please note that garments which you have requested to be specially altered,
ie made to an extra length or shortened outwith our standard sizes ,
are non refundable;
This cancellation does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are
faulty or misdescribed;

After you place your order on our web site you will be sent an automatic email detailing your order and price details ; please check this information carefully and if you have any queries then please contact us as soon as possible; Please note that you will only be sent an emailed receipt of you leave a valid email address
