For most of our range, when in stock delivery please allow
2-3 working days from when you place your order-(excluding Bank/ Public
holidays) you may get your goods next working day provided you place
your order before 10.00am the day before, however if you want this method
it is best to telephone us with your order : If you order a box with
a house / company name or number then please allow 2 extra days for
delivery;
Please note that for the boxes made to order, ie, the Kingsbury/ Bloomsbury/Chelsea
and Rock Foundry post boxes, delivery
times are slightly longer, please see each individual page; Normally
for the Kingsbury/ Bloomsbury allow 5-7 working days, for the Rock Foundry
4-5 weeks; For the House signs delivery times are on each page;
Please note that we use the Carrier, Initital City Link which is a
fully trackable service for most of our products although there are exceptions,
ie newspaper tubes of bought on their own are sent by Royal Mail;
As Couriers are not employed by GlenCall
International we can not be held responsible for any delays which
may occur when goods are in transit, or for any delays due to bad weather;
All our prices as shown on our web pages are fully inclusive of carriage,
insurance and UK VAT- ;;
We send goods by Courier (For most of our range we use Interlink
Express which is a fully trackable service- however is some instances,
some of our range are sent by a different courier however it is still
a trackable service) (Exceptions are orders to Northern Ireland and the
Islands which are sent by Royal Mail this is because couriers charge
more to these destinations and in order to keep the price the same we
send by Royal Mail - items are still fully insured- please allow an extra
2-3 days for delivery in this instance- this
excludes the following ranges; Kingsbury/ Bloomsbury/Chelsea/
/ Gersey/ Dadinox/ and large quantities of mail boxes which would be
too heavy to send by Royal Mail- these boxes have to be sent by Courier

; When ever possible please leave an address where someone will
be available to sign for the item, ie a work address or neighbor's
address (should you not be at home the Delivery driver will leave
a card with contact details when you can arrange for an alternative
delivery day (working days only); -The driver will not under any circumstances
leave items without a signature; (please note that 'signed for ' deliveries
are taken as having been delivered; As we are delivering to an address
and not an individual it is not our responsibility should someone else
at the address sign for the goods and not pass them onto you and in
the unlikely event of this happening it is a matter you should take
up with the Police;
Should you use an alternative address for delivery we will also need
the cardholders registered address and there is an option on our secure
ordering page to enter both addresses, ie delivery and registered ,
ie home, address
- We shall
however email you, provided you leave an email address, if your order
is out of stock and will be longer than the usual delivery time;

Please note that when
purchasing a single newspaper tube, these, due to the cost of carriers,
are normally sent by Royal Mail which make take 2-3 days longer than
that stated above (does not apply to the oblong newspaper boxes which
are sent by courier)
When you receive your order the courier will ask you to
sign for the items as received in good condition; We do ask that
, unless it is not practical to open the parcel before signing- to
check it has not been damaged in transit,- you write next to your
signature 'unchecked'

When you enter the shopping page, you will see each item- with prices;

ORDER which is at the bottom of each page; Clicking on this in no
way commits you to buying, but instead reserves the item; You can
remove it at the next stage if you change your mind; You can also add as
many items as you wish; If you wish to view your choices at any time,
click on View Current order message The Order page shows the
chosen items; You can move between this page and the shopping page at any

Guarantees
The following information applies to the individual range of mail boxes
only; The commercial range of mail boxes, ie multiples made to order
are different, and full details will be sent if you request a quote for
these boxes;
Please note that although most of our mail boxes., being
made of steel, are for exterior use (apart from when stated on each individual
page) due to the nature of a mail box (ie mounting holes in back of box
and letter opening for mail) we can not guarantee 100% waterproof ness
for any letter box : It is always recommended that letter boxes, if wall
mountable, be mounted against a flat surface as any uneven surface may
allow the rain to drip down behind the box and enter the mounting holes;
Also it is recommended that boxes are mounted, where possible, away from
any prevailing wind or rain , to avoid strong winds from blowing open
the letter flap which may allow water to enter the box;
It is recommended
that in the above situation that you place a line of waterproof sealant
between the box and the outer edges of the wall;
Please also note that none of our letter boxes are not guaranteed against
vandalism:
Individual mail boxes;
The guarantees differ depending upon which model of mailbox you buy,
the manufacturer of the box is clearly marked on each page of our
on-line store;
Please note that
all of the following information does not affect your statutory rights.
Brabantia mail boxes;
During the guarantee period (you will find this clearly specified
on every pack and also on our web site) Brabantia will repair free
of charge any defects in items which can be ascribed to material,
construction and/or manufacturing faults or will replace the item
or the defective parts of the item at its discretion. The guarantee
period commences on the day of purchase .. The guarantee
is valid in the country of purchase and in accordance with local
legislation. Please contact GlenCall International if you wish to
make a claim under the guarantee. The guarantee will lapse if unauthorized alterations
or repairs are made to the item or if the item is used for purposes
other than normal household use. GlenCall International may ask for
photographs, either digital or other, of the item, or may ask for
return of the item so that an inspection can be made of the product;
DAD UK mail boxes;
The guarantees stated on each page for DAD UK mail boxes
are for material only (ie stainless steel guaranteed for 10 years
against rust)
